I was ordering coffee and when I got to the window I asked if I could add a simple refresher drink and one lady said sure we can do that and another lady came to the window refused it, even though there was no else behind me. She told me I would have to go back around and order again…THERE WAS NO ELSE BEHIND ME!! Smh…They lost my business and I went there A LOT.

This is one of the worst coffee shops I’ve ever had an experience with. I’ve been to over 20 different states, ordered at so many coffee shops and this is one of the only locations that I’ve met staff that was so rude. I wish I had got the name of the two working when I came through my second time. One was blonde and short the other was a brunette. The girl that made my coffee the day before was awesome. The two i encountered the following day where so hateful. I tried to be as polite as possible because my coffee did not taste like coffee. It just tasted like water and creamer, a lot of creamer. And when I asked if there was a way they could dump a little out and just pour straight coffee in it their response was to dump it into another cup and hand it back to me to ask if there was a difference in the coffee. ? then she suggested I just pay for an extra shot, I had already paid for 4 shots in the breve. Scooter’s definitely isn’t one of my favorites but I’ll never stop at this location again and will be advising anyone I know to avoid it.

My first time at Scooters! Loved my coffee with heavy cream. I also enjoyed the bright colored coffee cups. Since it was a drive thru only, I missed a bathroom! The challenge of being on the road. I would enjoy this coffee again.

What a rip off this coffee shop is I will not recommend going there unless if you love throwing away your money I just learned the hard way and I don't like throwing away my money I thought Starbucks was bad
The Charles city scooter is hands down my favorite scooters. They have always made an excellent cup of coffee. I usually order a white rose, and recently, the scooters closer to where I live have been super skimpy with the raspberry. Also the girls are friendly and funny! We had a miscommunication about the number of drinks, and there was a line, and they were super cool about just making another one real quick. I thought for sure we were going to have to go around again, but nope. Love stopping here.Kid-friendliness: They have smoothies, hot cocoa and juices. Or you can order a blended mocha with no espresso.
