We were "those people" who came in 30 minutes before kitchen closes and ordered a whole meal. They were great about it and very friendly. The food was big portions for the price and tasted great. I'd definitely stop back in!

Why this gets a 2 star is because we have 4 of us at work that like to order takeout. We like to pay individually for our meals. Well, Chappys will not let you do this. It has to be all on one check, and even when we each order by our own phones, they still combine it into 1. We would eat here at least once a week if not more, but they won't accommodate this. Sucks they are willing to lose a few hundred dollars worth of service by not letting us tip and pay individually.update:...read full review
