Went to the restaurant connected to the hotel. I was saying after a 21 Hour drive I was in desperate need of a beer and some food, ordered the buffalo wings and a side of ranch with a side of fries. Fries were good. I don’t know if they gave me a ranch or blue cheese, I’ve had better. The manager did not agree with the fact that I told them that beer has a funny taste. He did replace my draft beer with another draft beer after change the keg which means they don’t check their kegs very often. I will be here for five days. I will gladly walk across the street to another place then here again.

We walked in to an empty hostess booth, waited for someone to help us for about 10 min then decided to seat ourselves and I had to get a menu for us. Sat there for another 20 minutes and someone finally walked up as we were leaving and asked if we had been helped. I said no we are just going to go somewhere else and she said alright. No apologies , or anything. Worst service I have ever had. Place is a ghost town. They only had 3 tables so it’s not like it was busy or anything. Should just close it at this point.

You have one shot to do it right. I shouldn’t have to tell you that my food is cold. You know. I shouldn’t have to go to the bar and ask for our waitress after a half hour or 45 min, wondering if our food is almost done or if she forgot we were there since she hasn’t came to our table that entire time. She knows. The unfortunate thing is that the flavor of both of our meals was great but the service was totally embarrassing. Did I complain? No, I shouldn’t have to. They knew. There were only a few tables so no excuses. There were no apologies either, so that must be the norm here. I hope they get things figured out quick.

My husband ordered the fried fish and it was ridiculously overdone. We were surprised the waitress throught it would be a good idea to bring it to the table. Service was lacking and the restaurant was not busy at all.

I ordered a sample appetizer with quesadillas, burger bites, and broccoli bites.The food was hot and delicious. Also tried the Cajun chicken pasta and that was also amazing. The staff were very nice.

Stopped for lunch heading back up to MN from MO. Friendly/helpful staff! Service was a little slow but apologize were sincere and understood- seemed understaffed(?). Had the club sammy. Tasted great! Fries were hot. Drinks were kept full.

Ordered an appetizer and two full meals. Everything was flavorful and we’re stuffed. That said, more than anything, I really appreciate the atmosphere and service. In particular, Shaelynn and Chuck were fantastic. Iowa nice, for sure.

Slowwwww….i wondered why we were the only customers at dinner time! The “dragon” like shrimp is just some soggy fried shrimp with Buffalo sauce. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes to eat. Should have gone to Boulder Tap House like we planned.

Absolutely the worst hamburger I have ever paid for. I am a truck driver and have eaten hamburgers all over this beautiful country of ours. This place gets top spot for bad food. I should have read the reviews, could have saved myself 25 dollars. If you are staying at the Best Western, this place is connected to, then trust me the convenience is NOT worth it. Find someplace else to eat.
