They have the meats ? but not the manners today. If you are in customer service you should be pleasant...Always. Even if you have to fake till you make it. Your bad attitude can be contagious. But as always the food was great

My wife and I went to the Clinton Arbys for dinner and arrived at about 730 pm on Friday, April 12th. When we arrived most of the staff were in the process of cleaning. They were mopping and emptying trash. A young woman took our order. I ordered a #2 half pound roast beef, I received a beef and cheddar instead. They did make a new sandwich and told me I could keep or discard the incorrect one. The staff continued to clean around us. Another customer came in and stood at the counter a fee minutes until the same young lady stopped cleaning in the dining area and asked if he was ready to order. My wife noted that they had removed all the nozzles on the soda machine, so we were unable to get refills of our drinks. We were going to get shakes to go but decided to go next door to Culver's. There was just an air of incivility from the staff. The posted hours were that they were open until 10 pm but they appeared to be cleaning in preparation of closing. We left just after 8 pm.

Always love the Super Roast Beef from their hidden menu! Best Mozzarella sticks from any fast food joint! Their crinkle cut fries are good, too!
Ordered fish sandwich, Ruben sandwich & a reg. Strawberry shake.Got to window, pd had to wait on fish ( sauce tasted funny). when I was handed bag I asked about my shake. Employee never put the shake on my order. All I got was "Sorry".

I actually enjoy Arby’s but over the last year this place has really gone down hill. The employees are rude and lazy. I went 5 mins before close and instead of saying they were about to close and don’t have much left she gave me attitude for showing up. Wouldn’t recommend this

I have to give props to the GM who is making this establishment run so well! Landon is not just a great GM but a great person who has a heart for truly helping people! The Arby's establishment will continue to succeed with that kind of leadership !
You said you closed at 10. The doors were locked at 8. People inside saw us and ignored us. No one told us anything. There was no sign. We ended up going to subway instead. Subway is better.
