Stopped in to grab some breakfast and drinks. First off Quinn (who took my order) did not correctly take the order asking if I wanted my bagel toasted or my drink hot or iced he was just trying to get us out of the drive thru fast. Then after getting our food I had asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel so once I opened it and saw there was just a normal amount I went in to get what I asked for. Quinn who made my bagel was talking badly about me asking for more while I was standing right there. Never have I experienced this dealing with a franchise before and I was extremely taken back by how rude he was with me standing right there to hear everything. On top of it Quinn was not wearing Dunkin attire and just had on a normal t-shirt which I know is against policy. Really want some consequences for Quinn with how extremely rude he was to me, a customer.

Variety and selection leaves a lot to be desired. One would think that a “donut shop” would have, at least, as good of a variety as a grocery store bakery department. But it’s not even close. Also, and more importantly, the convenience store “day old” donuts are much fresher than these, so called fresh donuts. They taste like they’ve been frozen. I certainly won’t be back any time soon.

I stopped by today to get a drink. I’m a barista at another shop in town & I’m not usually a fan of pumpkin, but I decided to try the iced pumpkin spice latte to see if maybe I’m just not a fan of the one I’ve had before. I was pleasantly surprised! I like that they build the drink with pumpkin swirl & vanilla. The employees this morning were very friendly & I got my drink quickly. Keep up the good work!

It was an amazing experience. There was a nice lovely ladys there. And fast service was amazing. I would recommend the pumpkin donuts. And my favorite drink is the dragon fruit strawberry refresher.Vegetarian options: Omelet eggs wish for more

Not consistent with the way they make their coffees, especially iced coffee. Every time I come to this location, I order the SAME thing but it is either watered down one time, tastes like straight strong coffee next, and just cream the next time. This is the only location that has no consistency to how they make their drinks.

The past few times I’ve gone to this location, the coffee has been extremely watered down and overall not good. I’m not sure what’s happened the past two months at this location, but the quality on everything has gone down tremendously. I’ve never had a problem like this at any other Dunkin I’ve been to, it seems like a Clinton problem.
