My daughter ordered 8 piece all dark meat original and got 8 piece extra crispy an white meat only. While eating a piece she found hair in it... she also ordered 8 piece straps that was super hard also the 3 buns she order was hard as a rock. We been trying to call there since 1130am n Noone has answered the phones there. High disappointmented in this KFC.

Ordered online, arrived at the time it told me to and went inside to see my order wasn’t ready yet. no big deal i can see there’s only a select few workers tonight. I continue to wait, as more and more people get their food. Finally a worker asks what I had and I told them I had a mobile order and gave them my name. Not only did they not have my order ready, but i had been sitting there for 20 minutes just for them to tell me that they didn’t even have an order under my name. They bag up my food and ask for my name again, they heard the wrong name and got mad that they had no order for me. At the end when I finally got my food not only were things missing but they gave me no sauce, my food i paid extra for wasn’t there, and they gave me the wrong drink. I was just straight up annoyed with my experience

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to period. Pretty sure it's just a front for some other illegal operation going on there. There were ppl with needles still hanging out of their arms waiting by the cash register that new the workers and trying to get them to leave work. That's just one thing to say from a book of disgusting things about this place. A regional manager needs to step in and gut this place. Obtw don't door dash with them either. The workers just give ur order to one of drug addicts/friends of theirs in the lobby and you'll never get it.
I used the drive thru because I was working and needed something to eat at break. Every time I go there I never ever have gotten a dipping sauce or honey and I always request it, I wasn’t offered s soda with my meal k4 but I had to pay full price! Ticket number was # 1278 on 9/25/23 at 6:18. So over that place!!!’
