This is the one and only McDonald's I have eaten at that did not have the drink station. I found it to be weird and very inconvenient. We ordered our food and asked for our cups to get our drinks while we waited for our food. The employee told us they had the sodas and handed them to us. We didn't get to fill our own cups or get free refills. There was a spot where the drink station used to be but was taken out for whatever reason. I am used to filling my own drink cup as well as having access to ketchup, straws, and napkins. None of those things were accessible to us paying customers. Instead, we were forced to get our drinks and whatever else we needed from the employees. It's just odd and very inconvenient.
They lost my order while waiting. Ended up getting a combo meal coupon for waiting.

We ordered two senior coffees and used the app. We were told to pull forward as they were making fresh coffee. Ten minutes later we were still waiting. I finally went in and got ornery with them. They gave me the coffee and a free meal coupon. As I was leaving taking my coffees to the car the lid on one came off and coffee was spilled all over the sidewalk. I was so fed up we just left. At least my wife got coffee.

My kids love McDonald's but for some reason every time I order here the order is never correct. Not just once or twice but handfuls of time. Yes we keeping going back because it's the closest to the house but we just expected something to be messed up and it 99% of the time is.
I go to this one often I would probably say 92% of the time they've been on point. But you can always tell when they have a fresh group of new people there's definitely a noticeable slow down and wait time. Personal preference here they need to bring back the breakfast Steak Bagel Only thing good on that morning menu.

I said I’m not done and she told me to pull ahead and finish my order at the window .?!? How was I supposed to with no menu. I drove off .! Rude and unprofessional just rushed me and didn’t take the time to listen this was in the morning. Had to go else where. Wont be back to this oneVegetarian options: Hardly any Vegan options

There is no napkins, straws, drinks or sauce of any kind out in the lobby. You are forced to go ask for everything at the counter. But when you go to the counter every employee walks right by you and does not offer help at all. It is all kids working at this location and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.
