Used to be a really well run place now everytime I go in here or through the drive up window their card reader is down for very long periods or they are only taking orders at the Kiask. Then if you do get to order the food it is either wrong, missing something, or it's got stuff in the food that doesn't even come on it because the kitchen is a disaster zone! I can go to any other tacobell and never have any of these issues this place has turned into a joke!

The food was alright for what it is but not worth the price. I was surprised by how much it was for a fast food place that used to be a bargain. However, the people were friendly enough and the eating area was clean, at least when I was there.

They stop taking card at only 1:20 and they close at 3 food cold gotta ask for sauce and napkins just throw food in the bag like trash over it’s a bad Taco Bell sadly this the only one in Clinton Iowa.
Nearly every time my family gets food from this Taco Bell we are missing one or more items. The food is made decently but there needs to be some kind of way for them to recheck orders with how frequently items are missing.

We had a bad experience the first time we came to the Clinton, Iowa Taco Bell, however, the manager, Alyssa took very good care of us. She was more than willing to go above, and beyond what normal managers do. We are very pleased and we will continue to shop at the Taco Bell in Clinton, Iowa.
I would leave no stars if I could. Every single time I come there my order is always messed up,I've contacted the managers multiple times and they always apologize but if ur really sorry how is it that everytime noone can simply follow the guides they literally give u to make a taco right? The night team is full of clowns who serve cold and unsafe food. Especially the raggedy kid with the long brown hair on the night shift. I worked at this specific location for 4 years and the 3rd shift cooks are a disgrace to the border foods industries. I'm sad to see the quality of the food and the customer service of Clinton Taco Bell go so far down the toilet bowl. The 3rd shift after 11 specifically.
