Flavors and customer service are good, but we have been a few times with free drink coupons and every time the ice was either to the top or 3/4 full! My husband poured his drink into a 16oz red solo cup (without ice) to see how much drink/liquid we actually are getting when ordering a "large", and our verdict was not even a full 16oz of cup/beverage. So needless to say we will order drinks without ice, or little ice if we come back again. However we did enjoy their flavors! Just ask for a lot less ice.

Loved coming to 7 Brew when I’d visit Bentonville, Arkansas! It’s SO popular down there!! So HAPPY they brought them to Des Moines!! :) Such good coffee and kind staff! Had a free coupon to the new 7 Brew in Clive. Ordered the White Chocolate Mocha (hot). Service was fast given the long drive thru line. As I drove away, took 2 sips of my Mocha and found a dumpster for the rest. For some reason the milk/cream tasted soured. Had to drive to a competitor to get a decent coffee.
