These bagels are good and 5 star if you like what I consider to be a true bagel, which I don't care for so much! The sandwiches are the kind you bite into and everything squirts out the sides! Place is a little drab and dreary. A little more light, please!

Amazing, but bagels can only go so far. As good as bagels can get.
Visited here on a Saturday afternoon to try a bagel and we were not disappointed! The two guys working were super friendly, suggested some items on the menu for next time, and were very chatty. We ended up sharing an everything bagel with light cream cheese and got it toasted as well. They were nice enough to actually cut the bagel in half (already sliced) for us since we were just sharing one bagel (and did it without us asking for it). Their customer service skills were really great and both gentleman did a great job. Our bagel was warm, chewy, and very flavorful. The everything seasoning was perfect too. We really enjoyed our bagel and look forward to coming back here when we are in the area!

I started getting breakfast here recently and I have gotten quick, responsible service each time I have gone. Everything I have ordered has been good.Why not 5 stars? 2 things:1) The coffee bar only has those little plastic cups of white liquid crud as creamer. Please consider getting pitchers of half & half, milk, etc. I'd love to pretend my issue is all the plastic waste but it isn't, I just hate those little creamer cups.2) It's September 2023 and all half the tables have signs on them saying the table is closed as they are engaged in social distancing. If I thought that these signs were still up because there is an effort for social distancing in place I'd be fine with that but there isn't the case here. There no attempt at distancing still being put in place, they just haven't had someone look around and say "huh, maybe I should take all these signs down." Just makes me worry what the back of house looks like if no one is managing to keep front of house looking tidy and clean.

I initially came to Bruegger's out of convenience (located right next door to my job) and I'm so glad I decided to give them a try. The bagel sandwiches are like none other and always fresh. The ice coffee is great too.Also, it helps that they have a great manager. He is extremely polite and welcoming. He's a big part of the reason I frequent the store outside of the quality menu items. The employees always seem to be in a great mood when working with him. It sets the atmosphere nicely and it's hard not to leave the store in a good mood as well. I even have worked my way up to a regular and now they all know my order. It's nice to see a consistent face and employees who make the effort to be familiar with their customers.

This place is trying hard to get back in the grove with the new manager on board! He is making the place feel like it use to a few years back. Even the employees have smiles too! The dining room is going through an upgrade to get people back in to sit and eat. I order on the app most times. My food is always just the way it is supposed to be and the cookie is a nice touch.
