Whenever I place an order, I always receive my delivery One to two hours late. The driver even had the urge to tell me to tip The driver. I’ve informed the managers, who’ve done nothing to make it right. Do not order from here and pick another location.

This is the second time I’ve had an issue at this location. The first time I placed an order for pick up and 15 minutes later it wasn’t ready. The two guys working, were doing prank calls over the Sound system. This time, I decided to try the drive through. After waiting for 5 minutes without an answer, I decided to go inside and order. When I got inside, the same two guys from my previous visit were playing rock ‘n’ roll McDonald’s and a song about Batman’s a** over the speakers. Took 5+ minutes to make the sandwich because one of the guys disappeared to the back. The guy making the food reached into a bucket below the counter to grab a pickle & continued making my sandwhich without changing gloves. The quality of the food just isn’t as good as other places. There’s no way they use fresh bread at this location. I recommend going to a different Jimmy John’s location or just going to Jersey Mike’s instead. I’ve never seen someone in the food industry care less about their job.

Ordered online and sat in drive thru line (with only 2 cars ahead of me) for 20 minutes. Got to window and they still did not have my food / drink ready. Will never come here again — if you’re really wanting JJ’s suggest driving the extra mile to the one by Jordan Creek.

Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes with no response through the speaker, pulled up to the window and was helped there, but they did not live up to their freaky fast motto as I sat there for 10 more minutes watching the employees standing around talking, I let it go as I was just happy to get my food, but they gave me the wrong sandwich so I took it in to let them know only to get a snarky attitude and tone from the workers as they slam dunked the wrong sandwich into the trash can with anger. They opted to make me the right sandwich and as I got out to my car to open it up for a few bites before driving because I still had not eaten anything today, after 2 bites I noticed blood on the under side of the bread and as I took it in to notify them, I was greeted with fear and a deer in headlights look as the employee that made my sandwich scurried to put on new gloves as quick as he could and with stutters and tremors in his voice said "it must have been a part of the tomato"I thought about asking for a refund but I was so frustrated that I just dropped the sandwich in the trash as I walked out with faith that karma would take care of the rest. I sincerely hope this was a fluke and doesn't happen to anybody else, but at the same time that location has the worst ratings of any I have ever been to and I completely understand why.

This location has managed to make a straightforward process of making a sub into the most messed up and complete cluster bub known to man. Shut this place down!

I would love to be able to say i’m not being picky by giving a 2 star, because the people were very nice, which is the whole reason for the 2 stars, besides that… it really shouldn’t take 15 min in a drive through of JJ’s to get my order. this is an every time thing and only at this location. never experienced a slower jimmy john’s anywhere.

For the amount of money I spend for your sub-par sandwiches, the least you could do is get my order right. It's also not my responsibility to help you figure out who's sandwich I received for you. The oneline ordering wasn't working so I called the store. I was put on hold being told they would be right back and he never came back. I called the store 4 times and no one answered. No very good customer

ordered my food at 11:56 and received it at 1:36. I called the store and they said it was out for delivery and I didn't get it until 36 min later. Do not do delivery with this Jimmy John's! they are not freaky fast but turtle speed!

If you want to wait in the drive in line for 30+ minutes with only 4 cars in front of you then this is the place for you. Freaky fast needs to be removed from their slogan.
