I ordered a chicken sandwich tonight that was burnt and the bun was grease-logged. The brownies my husband and I got for dessert were pretty raw inside yet hard on top. Not going to this location again.

Prices are way too expensive based on the quality and quantity food provided. The chicken pot pie purchased has more potatoes and vegetables than chicken. Few coupons and it seems the first ingredient fried chicken recipe is Salt. Stop messing with Hallmark of KFC.

Used to like KFC but last couple of times were awful. Nothing was worth eating. Chicken tasted like it had been stored in refrigerator for a few days and other time thick maybe old grease, coleslaw too sweet too much dressing (rinsed dressing off), biscuits stale or old, potato pretty runny, gravy no flavor (tasted like water and corn starch) and baked beans runny. Took all back 2nd time - got refund. Did management change? It is awful. A learning teenager could have cooked better.
Stopped for a quick bite. The food was good but would of liked more potatoes and gravey.

Picked up a 12 piece meal today. We were supposed to get 3 legs but only got 2. I wouldn’t even call them legs. I’ve never seen legs so tiny. They were over half the size of chicken legs. Also the chicken breast was sliced so there was more bone than meat. We didn’t get honey and I specifically asked for honey and the lady that took my order replied back in a snotty way that all the orders come with honey and butter. Well chicky you didn’t give us any!!!! I wouldn’t waste your money here. Go to Pizza Ranch instead. Way better. Was there 10/29/23 at 3:15pm in case the owner wants to see who was working. Couldn’t go inside so 1 star for atmosphere. Never going back here! I-80/35 and university location.

I open to the door to the lobby and the workers yell. “Lobby’s closed”. While they are smoking outside.So then I walk to the drive through and they say I need a car. I walked from the hotel across the street. So I didn’t have a car. Just wasn’t my day to have KFC.What’s the point of having a lobby if I can’t go inside and eat.
