Called in an order. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I gave them extra time just in case. Got there they told me it would be an additional 10 minutes. I’m assuming they gave my call in order to someone else. Whars the point of the call in option?

The manager there was absolutely rude, I had trouble with the online ordering, but it charged my card anyways and he wouldn’t let me place an order even though I already paid for it, so thanks so much little Caesars very rude and he was

I dont care what anybody on their high-horses have to say, THIS lil' Cesar's is by FAR the BEST!I've never got a bad order, the people that work there go above an beyond, and I NEVER feel jipped for the PRICE I pay!also they're cool with Vets on 11/11, somthing that is sadly severely lacking in most businesses nowadays. ??

Always Honest
The staff is horrible however the Hispanic guy is that works the front is rude!!! He’s cute people off. He lies and says he doesn’t have things to avoid having to make it. He’s rude over the phone. Worst customer service. I love little Caesar’s but I never eat here because I refuse to give them my service. Whoever the owner is really needs to hire all new people.

Mannnn... This location has taken a beating in the reviews. This has been my go to location for years when I worked at 50th and University and now that my office is at 42nd and Westown.In the last couple of years this location has really leveled up with their Pizza Portal and menu changes.Back in the day it was $5 one topping pizzas. What the heck did these people expect? You got Wig & Pen and F & O's if you want $20+ pies.As far as cleanliness. I've never had a problem. But I also order food out of trucks in dusty parking lots. Is it perfect? No (thus four stars instead of five). But neither is my kitchen at home. And I know I've eaten stuff after I've dropped it.The dude that's been working the front counter during lunches throughout the week... He's been there for years.If you can't find something magical about a crazy bread combo with their tangy marinara... There's something wrong with you.Give these guys a break. Sheesh. Your parents should have raised you all better. smh

The employee in this establishment is racist and unkind. I went in asking questions about an order and apparently he was not having a good day. He took his attitude out on me because he did not know his own menu. I am truly disappointed in the management at this establishment. Hire better employees
My brother went in as they opened this morning and got treated very poorly because if his race. He was kind upon entering and was given very poor service. The employee, to my knowledge, told him to leave after getting upset because he could not understand my brother's question about an item on the menu.I'm sorry that there is a language barrier for you Sir, but that is no reason to get upset at someone. Just ask to better understand. Dont get impatient and then ask them to leave your store. Poor Employee Training.

Be ware this place makes pizza with very low grade meat which can and will damage your teeth. Then also, when u call to report and or make a claim they wanna act like they can't give out names and give u the run around lie crazy when they was the one in the wrong saling pizza with low grade meat having foreign objects in it in the instant case. I will only give thos particular little Caesars locate at 4201 university Ave. Des Moines Iowa 50311 one a one star review only because I have no other option to submit this said review.There should be a terrible selection review for this location if you ask me.

Pizza is always raw, I ask the guy to check my pizza because they're always raw and he says its good, turn out pizza is still raw. You have to ask to check the pizza because they never check it and they're too lazy to properly cook the food
