Today is Tuesday, April 9 and the manager Alli with pink hair and make up all over argued with us about the nuggets being fresh and they were chewy and cold then she proceeded to ask if we wanted to buy more nuggets considering we just purchased nuggets that were old don’t know what kind of manager you have working for you but dig deeper into the management pool next time you hire someone to represent my favorite place to eat

I have always gone to this McDonald’s for a very long time. I have also had a great experience until this young lady started working at that location making it extremely difficult for me to order, let alone have a positive experience. She is EXTREMELY rude, very dismissive and disrespectful. It is more than evident that is lazy. When asked for her name, she would not give it to me as I made it clear I was going to reach out to corporate.However I did find out her name which is “Alli” and she has pink and purple colorful hair, you cannot miss her.She had the nerve to tell me I could not come back to that McDonald’s anymore for no reason. She needs some serious training but more importantly her customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.This McDonald’s would thrive if she did not work there. There are some great staff members who go above and beyond positive customer relations. There is a manager by the name of Mikka and he is absolutely amazing!!!

The chicken sandwich was not edible - over cooked , full of grissel and dripping in sauce. The fries were just shy of burnt. When I asked for a replacement with a cheeseburger and offered to pay any difference, the manager said no but she’d charge me $5 for a burger. She is not trained, rude, unkept and just plain disgusting (multi colored hair and ran through a glitter storm). The atmosphere under her watch is filthy and the counter help is not there. Even if you’re starving, pass! It’s gross!

Everytime I have gone here in the past year the ice cream machine is "broken" would it be possible to have it not "brake" untill after 8pm? Food is constructed poorly compared to other mcdonalds. And everyone seems to have an attitude there. Your better off going down the street to wendys to get food and ice cream as there's magicly is not broken all the time.
