I ordered the Double Stack Biggie Bag through DoorDash and they didn’t put the fries in the bag or put a straw in the bag for my drink. This is about the 10th time they have got my order wrong whether it be in person or delivery. Do better Wendy’s.

Fire Starters 24/7

We went to come in around 9:45am but the doors were locked, but on the door it said it supposed to be open at 9am, so false advertising? Then we came through the drive thru and the person speaking was being extremely impatient and rude when we were trying to order.

I asked about the coffee then asked for Frostys the kid misunderstood and gave us coffee, simple fix but no they acted like it was all my fault and were snippy with me. Gave me a refund which was nice (but I didn't ask for it) I said thank you to the to the manager and she just looked at me and walked away. They didn't a seem to know what they were doing. Plus we had to eat in the car because they had the air conditioner on in the middle of winter.

Waited 25 minutes in drive up line, when I got to the window they hadn't made my order! Total dissaray, they were wanting me to pull up, I said I was already running late for an appointment, they said I was rude...I left without food! The worse experience in a drive up I've ever had...there were many angry customers this afternoon!!
