Was darker in there, but that was kinda nice. The food is hot and the beans are actually good here. Tried the garlic shrimp and it’s simple but pretty darn tasty. The guy serving us was chill and patient since we didn’t know what we wanted. Horchata was good too.Vegetarian options: Could probably do rice beans and veggies. Not sure of other optionsParking: Less spots but if it’s not busy who cares

If you find yourself in a little town named Columbus Junction. Stop by Las Palmas and get your grub on by far the best food in town with a full menu which allows you to try something new every time. Don't forget the fish bowl margaritas lol. ?
