Tom the Manager is a j**** I know good help is hard to find these days but he is really bad. He should be in the kitchen doing dishes not meeting people or waiting on customers. I did not dine in or take out. I left after my exchange with "Tom." I use to stop there almost daily after work, NEVER AGAIN! I guess I have to check some boxes to get this posted. Ignore the checked boxes because I left never to return again.Parking: Because of Mgr. "Tom" Very few people stop to eat here so there are a lot of empty parking spots

Wish I could do negative 100 POOR customer service I work in the food industry so I knew drive thru was to priority NO PROBLEM but when I watched my food sit for almost ten minutes and get aATTITUDE when I ask for it fresh we have a PROBLEM never again

The soda fountain was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Saw another customer look at it when we commented and they walked out. Manager just gave have a passive nod and continued with his business. No telling what things look like behind the scenes. Couldn't see a health inspection posting.

Employees are always helpful in the drive thru. Just make sure to ask for Arby's sauce / ketchup since they don't always ask if you want. Food has never made me sick.

The service at the drive through was very poor. We were there around 5:30 p.m. on 3/20/23. She was unfriendly, her appearance was as if she just got out of bed or was heading there, and when she handed my drink she just shoved it and almost dropped it without an apology. As a service person myself, she shouldn’t be representing any business. Hopefully she gets some retraining. Her service gets a 1 star as for the food it gets a 4 star. All was good except the the two different fries were mixed up within each other.

I do drive-through, and have never been in the shop. Always friendly and courteous staff, my order is accurate, and I avoid all the extra bad stuff most restaurants provide. Though, if I'm really feeling decadent, an order of curly fries and I'm good to go. This last time I tried the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie instead. Very yummy.
