Great hang out spot! The beer and pizza are good. The atmosphere is excellent. In the summer, you can sit outside and the patio space is awesome.This place is kid friendly too, and our little ones like the giant soft pretzel.Murderhorn is their best beer, and the hawktoberfest is pretty good too!
I recently held a private event at Backpocket where we closed the taproom for an entire Saturday. The staff were so helpful while I planned the event remotely and were very responsive through email. On the day of the event they were well staffed and attentive to our every need. The food was prepared promptly and was very delicious. They offered brewery tours which everyone enjoyed. Backpocket has always had incredible brews. That being said, today I'm focusing on the pizza. The garden party was pretty decent. The confit garlic pesto was a very nice new twist. I think a little more seasoning would do the red sauce some good tho. Some oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, a hint of red chili flakes? Something.
