New point of sale system does not work for this location. Cash register is in wrong spot, too close to the main entrance.It is first come first serve at the register, so if you just want a coffee you will be waiting behind 20 other people.Just like Costco, avoid on the weekends unless you have serious time to kill. I had a half hour before work. I walked in, took one look at the new system, 10 people waiting to order. Saw the 5 tables with 15+ ppl on their phones waiting for their food and said, no thank you.Needs to be a way to expedite simple orders like a single bagel and cream cheese from the families who order half a dozen farmhouse sandwiches with alterations.

Delicious bagels every time. Was a little dirty today inside. Tables just needed wiped down, and chairs pushed in. Service is always good, and I would highly recommend it.

Crazy busy on a Sunday morning. The staff was nice, our bagel sandwiches were amazing. The only problem was that the seating area was filthy. They need staff just to keep up with the turnover at the tables.

The all girl crew were kind to the Mom&Dad with two little kids, who had a bit of difficulty choosing what they want this morning. Smiles and kind words. I watched and was pleased with the kindness shown. My order was handled with the same smiles and cheerfulness. Good way to start the day.

We were traveling through Iowa and instead of Panera for lunch we decided to opt for Brueggers. Food was spectacular, highly recommend the salmon bagel sandwich and the turkey sandwich on rosemary olive oil bagel with the tomato spread. Absolutely delicious. I ended up changing my mind on the bagel after toasting it and they gave me the original bagel free of charge. THEN...when we went to pay the credit card reader went offline and without any hassle we were not charged for our meal. Probably one of the best food experiences we have had in awhile!
