Ordered a couple of the new chicken wraps and quickly discovered it was a disappointing rip off. Nearly $4 a wrap for something the size of two chicken nuggets. Shame on you BK. Wish I could add pictures!$8 for 4 chicken nuggets sized wraps! I should have gone to McDonald's.

I got there about 45 minutes of closing. I felt bad but the customer service was A+ and they made sure to give me fresh fries. I never leave a review but I was so impressed by their professionalism I made sure to. Good on them they did a great job.

I've been here 3 times and 3 times they have gotten my order wrong. The last time, the manager argued with me (she was super rude) and tried telling me that I ordered something I didn't. They finally gave me the food I actually ordered, but forgot the sauce. The food tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp for an hour.
Drive through at 11am right at lunch hour. 2 Burgers, Fish sándwich, Chicken sandwich served in timeñy manner. Person running the window very professional & polite.

RIDICULOUSNESSWe had to repeat our simple order 3 times at the drive through, then again at the window and these idiots still got our order wrong! Food was luke warm and they still didn't give us everything that was ordered. It wasn't crowded or especially busy so there was no excuse. We were visiting from out of town, but wouldn't visit again. Customer service was awful management needs to get it together!

I called the restaurant tonight just to check on my order and I was trying to see if the door dasher came in contact with this business seeing as tho it took 35 minutes for my order to be made and the woman whom answered the phone made a statement that if I wanted my food to be made faster, I should come apply and make it myself and hung up the phone…very rude…I’ve managed over a dozen of restaurants and never would I have condoned any of my employees to be so disrespectful…this happened at 9:45pm this evening…next time I decide on a late night bite…it won’t be here…it’s going to be a very long time before I decide to give this restaurant any of my business
