Had an excellent lunch today(see photos). I see there has been some complaints about the restrooms and the table kosiks; however I found them both to be clean and tidy at this visit. The servers were doing a great job and were always busy. The kitchen staff looked neatly dressed and the kitchen itself looked nice and tiday. Granted the business has been around for about 25 years and the building is showing a few signs of aging, I thought it still looked very tidy. I would surely eat there again.As far as I'm concerned, keep up the nice work!!

It’s your typical Chili’s set up and we eat here every couple months while we are in town. It’s usually not very busy but today it was hopping! We sat in the bar and not only was the service good, but my Ol’ Timers burger was cooked perfectly and great flavor.

Have yet to find a better deal than "3 for Me". Start with chips and salsa, followed by the Old Timer with an upgrade to street corn instead of fries. Cheaper than any fast food equivalent and much more satisfying.
The server was excellent, the meal was not. We ordered an appetizer that included chips....the whole platter of chips was extra oily. We both ordered burgers that came out nearly raw in the middle. The second time so well done they were dry. The fries were sooooo salty and were brought out cold when the burgers came out the 2nd time. The little table kiosks to pay were FILTHY! When using the restroom & walking by many other tables, ALL of the table card readers were greasy/dirty, both front & back - gross. Overall the cleanliness is not great. Annnnd out of Sprite so water & burgers it was. We rarely go to Chili's & have to say we don't plan to go back anytime soon.

First visit back to Chili's and this time was a 10/10!! Followed our favorite server, Hannah (y'all have to go see her! She is great!!), from another food establishment and decided if she works there, it would be worth it to try their food again (horrible past experience in Atlanta, GA)!I'm so glad we tried it again! The steak and shrimp fajitas were off the chain good! The triple dipper appetizer was perfectly on point also!! Plus, you have to try the strawberry lemonade with a lemon ? Sooo good!
