The worse hamburger I've ever had . Enough grease I could lube up both my cars. I took one bite and literally the bun fell apart on me . And they couldn't even give us our complete order

We had a terrible experience with the manager at Culver’s today afternoon. We like Culver’s and never experienced anything like this before. Our family stopped at around 3:30 for a late lunch. We were waiting for our order at the table and the staff brought our order based on the number we got which matched what was on receipt. But they actually gave us the wrong order. It was almost the same number of items we ordered and the same sauces except for one item that was missing. We started having the food and later realised that there has been a order mixup. We informed a staff about this and she said she’ll check with their manager and give our correct order. Later the manager comes and looks at the food we ate, points at it and says ‘You are eating someone else’s order and we can’t give you another order as per our policy’. Then she turns around and apologises the other family who didn’t get the order and treats us as if we stole someone’s order. She didn’t have the courtesy to apologise for the order mix up that their staff made and treats us very badly. We can’t believe they hire such impolite people to be restaurant managers who mistreats and insults customers and do not have the civility to apologize for their mistakes.
