I’ve never written a review, but this is the 2nd time we have had a bad experience with Falbo Bros in Coralville. We have ordered a few times through their website and love their pizza. The 1st issue we had, we waited 45 minutes passed the predicted delivery time and then called the store, they said it was placed as a pickup order and had been ready for an hour. Once they checked their system they realized it was indeed a delivery order and remade our pizza and delivered it w

Nice place! Tried the stuffed supreme and was delicious. Good sauce and plenty of cheese.

Of every pizza I’ve ever eaten, this is hands down the worst. I would honestly (not sarcastically) rather eat Totino’s frozen party pizzas. It is an absolute shame they charge so much for their disasters. The crust, sauce, toppings, were ALL BAD. Incredibly disappointed and just shocked at how bad it really. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Looks like a nice place from the outside, being a new building and such. The lunch special was 2 slices and a 24oz drink for $6. There were 4 choices, and they looked pretty good, but looks can be deceiving. Pepperoni and a Spinach/Tomato combo were not much better than a frozen pizza. Filling up the drink - no ice!! I mentioned it to the fella behind the counter and I think he said 'we haven't had any for awhile'. Decided to use the restroom before leaving, and had to squeeze past product lined up in the hallway. The paper towel and toilet paper dispensers? Maybe they lost the key to refill them. The towels and tissue were just sitting on top. Take some pride in the shop even if the pizza isn't very good.

Falbos is some of the best pizza in the Corridor. If they put just a little more sauerkraut on my sauerkraut/Canadian bacon pizza they would have that 5th star.

Super disappointed with our pizzas last night. I will say the service was great, and people working were extremely nice. I feel like something was really off. We are from 20 minutes away, so we took some time to choose Falbos, but the last time we had it, it was great, so we decided to venture out. We ordered a Meat Lovers large thin crust and a "deep dish" specialty. (See pics comparing thin to deep dish). The crust was really powdery on both, and the only thing deep about the deep dish was the crust. The sausage is like ground beef with little to no flavor and there were about 10 pieces of pineapple on a Canadian bacon, pineapple and sausage pizza. For $48!?!?! - I would have rather had Pizza Hut and saved $20. Unfortunately, we won't be back and won't be able to recommend any time soon.

Placed an order online at 5pm and tried to use the Groupon I bought for them. Received a call around 5:15pm to tell me they can't use groupons on delivery orders to which I said that was fine and gave them my credit card info as payment instead. Was told it would be 45min for delivery so I was expecting pizza a little after 6pm. When it hadn't arrived by 6:15pm I called the number I received a call from; it rang but no answer. I double checked that it was in fact the store's listed main number, which it was. I called 5 more times over the course of 30min and it rang but no one ever answered -- at one point there was a brief busy signal. And still no pizza mind you more than 90min after placing my order. So then I call the exact same number from my husband's phone and there is an immediate answer. I asked why no one answered when I called and was flippantly told they answer all calls and I probably called the wrong number. Asked where my order was and they didn't have an answer for that other than to blame the online system -- was it even made or out for delivery?? They couldn't say and after the rude treatment I told them to just go ahead and cancel the order. I can understand delays and short staffing in terms of delivery, but not when you can't be bothered to give me a courtesy phone call as a heads up, straight up ignore my phone calls, and then have the audacity to blame me and anything else but yourselves.

The pizza was not what we ordered and made us sick. They left the pizza on the ground outside our door instead of knocking. I also gave negative feedback to give them a chance to make it right and they did not. Good pizza to get to stay on your diet and possibly lose weigh ?.

They did not send us the right pizza, did not email a receipt (like they said they would), left pizza on the floor by the door and did not even knock on the door and the worst thing, it was terrible pizza and actually made us sick. I sent feedback hoping they would contact me to "make it right" and they did not. Good pizza to get if you are on a diet.

We where here and had their lunch special and it was very yummy. Great customer service! Ordered a pick up pizza. I arrived about 10 min. early and it was ready. Got it home very disappointed! We had 1/2 chicken bacon ranch & 1/2 ham and pineapple. Both where very dry!! Hardly any sauce. The bottom was black in spots and tasted burnt. I live 2 blocks away and our pizza was cold! Not sure I will order again but going in and eating much better experience!!

A friend bought a bunch of us pizza for the World Series and it wasn't good. Even though there was supposed to be two kinds of cheese, there was barely any cheese at all on the 2 stuffed pizzas. This place used to make awesome stuffed pizza. Was like 2 inches of thick gooey cheese. These pizzas weren't any thicker than a regular chain pizza and it was mostly sauce/dough.Gave 2* because it tasted better reheated in the microwave. Melting what little cheese there was on it was an improvement since it wasn't really melted when it was fresh.

There just are not much toppings on their thin crust pizzas and they charge an arm and a leg for them. Often times all I taste is sauce and crust, like it's a bread stick with a few garnishes. I liked Falbo years ago in another city but this location disappoints.

This was our first time trying Falbo pizza and unfortunately this was not a good experience. Two large pizzas that needed to be cooked more when we got home, same for the cheese bread. All the toppings were in the middle. Paid for extra toppings and if that was extra I was robbed. There was char debris all over the food and boxes which usually means the ovens need cleaning. The pizza tasted decent, not sure if it was almost $60 decent tho. I do not see myself ever buying from here ever again.

the pizza was yummy and my 8 year olds first time having real mozzarella cheese pizza...he loved it ..The regular bread sticks I didn't care for cause they were tooo hard...I would go back when I visit Iowa City again.
