Every single staff member looked miserable. No one was friendly. One of the cooks was swearing at the other in the kitchen for all the customers to hear. The food was overcooked, yet lukewarm. The restaurant was also filthy.

Very very rude. Cashier told me to “read the sign” because they close in 15 minutes…. It’s a fast food place? Would never come here again because I felt disrespected by employee. Sad because I was excited to try it.

This used to be a good place! Not worth stopping anymore. Save your money please! The management is terrible. The food is terrible also. The manager was sitting there doing things on her phone and the tables were dirty and the napkins, straws and lids were not stocked. They were all completely empty! The employees were also very rude! I WON'T BE BACK!

As always, Fuzzy's was so delicious and hit the spot! When they say "You're new addiction", they mean it. We have been going to Fuzzy's since 2015 when we were first introduced to it by my cousin in Colorado. Ever since, living in the Chicago suburbs has been rough. The closest Fuzzy's is 3 hours away! Of course, we still drive out to Iowa (boring) just for Fuzzy's at least 2-3 times a year. The tacos are addicting, the margaritas are huge, and the sides are almost always super tasty and flavorful. We will be back (it is a problem)!

Ordered several tacos. Missing four tacos off of our order. When I went up to reorder the tacos, our order was rung up with the wrong shells, despite telling the cashier otherwise. The cashier looked displeased with us and messed up our orders twice.

I like Fuzzy's because you can order basic tex-mex or get less traditional options (like brisket!) on your tacos, nachos, etc...
It was fine. They forgot my brother's order, and my brother had to wait an extra 5-8 minutes to get his food. The potato bites are fine. They're good when they're fresh, but the steam makes them soggy quick when they're in the cup. Overall, an okay place to eat!

Couldn't have asked for a better lunch. Ever had a craving for a nice crisp salad with a little bit of protein in it? Than search no more!I landed here while on a business trip because I was tired of all the normal fast food options and this place isn't too far away from the beaten path. I decided to order the chicken fajita salad, added ranch dressing to the side and caved in and ordered chips and queso dip. The lettuce and the rest of the ingredients in a salad were fresh, the grilled chicken was cooked perfectly, nice and tender and slightly seasoned but not overly done. The chips and queso dip was also very good. Chips had a little bit of a homegrown seasoning on them that gave them a little bit better flair than just your normal everyday corn chip and the queso dip was hot and fresh and tasted great. If I'm ever floating through this area again I will absolutely make sure I stop and grab a bite to eat!!Edit: Just for the reply on the review and the suggestion, shows they care! 5th star well deserved!!

There was only 3 people working that night, causing them to have a very unclean area, and have long wait times. I don't blame them I just think they need to get better at having more workers. Especially cause of anime iowa. They struggled a lot last year as well
