Automated ordering at drive through is complete garbage. It's slow and isn't the most accurate. 2 stars overall due to ordering process. Food and staff is still great, though!

Rude employees. Ordered 2 sandwiches and soft drink at drive window, The order was not correct. They were breakfast sandwiches and i had ordered fish. Apparently i was 10 minutes to early for lunch. I took them inside to be told of my error and was told I did not qualify for a refund because the food left the building. It was the drive through. 8 plus dollars for a drink. Went down the street to McDonald's and got very friendly service and a thank you.

Wow! May have had the rudest service of my life. Burgers were dry and poorly assembled. Fries were hot so I guess that's a small plus. Worst Hardee's experience by far.
Majority of the time I have came to this place I get the same thing, and they make me repeat and pull me forward if people are behind me because they got to make more food. It’s not hard to know that if I want 2 of your 2 for $5 that it’s 4 not 2.
