Cute new restaurant. Good pho. I always have enough for leftovers.Dietary restrictions: They are not the most knowledgeable about gluten-free but they were able to confirm their pho is gluten free.I've gotten the chicken pho there twice with no issues.

The brisket pho was one of the best bowls I’ve had in Iowa. I haven’t found a place I’ve enjoyed this much since I was in vietnam. The Korean short ribs were meaty and tender. Got a pretty good bahn mi togo. Can’t wait to go back!
