Won’t pick up the phone-called several times and no one answers. This has happened several days now. Online it says their ‘open’. I go to place an order online and their online services are ‘unavailable’. 9 times out of 10 they don’t have a delivery driver.This Jimmy John’s is completely unreliable.

I was at jimmy johns my first and last time ever. Sorry guys... just wanted a plain sandwhich, skip the lettuce and tomato, was told they only do it one way. Was on my way out the door without 4 sandwiches when another employee called me back and apologized for the attitude. Said he could make the order sans veggies.Ok great... the bad news was worst sandwich ever... bread was stale hard like an over cooked biscuit.Its really just not worth it to me. To many good places to stop without the attitude or the corporate rules or whatever it is and was...These guy are no competition for subway and especially firehouse subs.All jimmy has is delivery and i dont need that service.

First I'd like to say that the employees were great. No complaints about the service. The food on the other hand was not good.The bread was hard and the bottom of the bread was like a dried out sponge. We tried the roast beef, a tuna, and a turkey with ham sandwich all of which was not impressive.They are fast at what they do yes, but only because they have no options to customize your sandwich. Dry french bread, provolone cheese, with only your choose of meat.Felt like an over priced gas station sub.

Stopped by to feed the family. When my children headed to the restroom staff scolded them and said the restrooms are closed due to COVID-19. So it’s better to not wash hands during a pandemic according to Jimmy John’s.

Travelers beware: this location is not allowing guests to use their bathrooms. Bed bath and beyond has them just inside the door and that’s what we used.Other than that, our experience was good. We ordered ahead on the app and the food was accurate and waiting for us.

Use to love jimmy johns. Horrible service and management never again will I go to this one. Had to lock all charges on my bank card from jimmy johns. Service is very poor and untrained to deal with problems. Waited over week and half for any contact back. Order online and received email that order of one sandwich was ready for pickup. Arrived to store and waited over 15 mins only to received the wrong order. 2 hours later on my drive home notice how I was charged the wrong amount. I contacted store and was informed I was charged for the wrong order and would be refunded back. After waiting two days I called back and was told the General manager would reach out the next two days called again and was informed the area manager would reach out. Never heard anything and waited over week and half for the mistakes made to be taken into account. Horrible service and very poor management. Still yet to be resolved and don’t trust this place. Very poor service. Not again.

Doesn't deliver to tiffin, 2.8 miles. Domino's right across the street and pizza hut both deliver to tiffin. Why even have delivery drivers, your missing out on a ton of business.
