If you don’t have change and “need to wait” until other customers help fill your cash drawer because you “don’t have money for cash change this early”, you should mention that when someone makes an order over the phone and specifically states they will be paying cash, before they drive over to pick up their large order and be turned away. Whoever runs this place apparently doesn’t think they should have money in their cash drawer when they open for paying customers. There goes breakfast. I just needed roughly $40 in change. Didn’t even have that amount of money in the drawer supposedly, simply because it’s “too early”. And if someone says they’re paying cash over the phone, you should make it a point to tell them that you can only accept certain bills if that’s the issue. Waste of time.

Ordered online from hotel half mile away for delivery, was told that delivery charges couldn’t be refunded since we ordered online and had to pickup. That we would be compensated 2 extra cookies for the delivery charge. I had originally ordered 3 cookies total which included the meal deal.Didn’t get the extra mayo packets as my sandwich had no mayo on it so dry bread for ham and cheese 16 inches. The manager on duty called me to come pick up order as he had no delivery drivers yet to start as had to fire the ones he had.

Ordered on the app about 15-20 minutes ahead of time as we were in a rush. As we get a few minutes out we notice the order hasn’t been completed yet which we thought was odd but maybe just didn’t get entered. Get to the drive through and we tell them we have a mobile order, and they tell us to pull up. There’s one car in front of us and I see a worker hand them what is clearly a sandwich (not in a bag). I pull up to the window and they only then tell us they are out of bread.Ridiculous. You weren’t out of bread 20min ago when we made the order or at any point up until the guest in front of us being served.Fortunately we’re able to get a refund, but this is a poorly managed location.

Went in today and there was a delay with getting my order (something that wasn’t the fault of anyone in the restaurant - there was a computer outage). Steve, who I believe was the MOD, and Bud demonstrated excellent customer service and ensured all the customers impacted by the outage were well taken care of. On top of that, the food was great. Looking forward to returning to this location.

There was no sign in drive thru about not taking cash over a 20. All I had was a 50. Common sense people, if that is all they have, then look at it and make a decision. Wasting everyone's time isn't the way.
