Boycotting this place I am a transgender female this is not transgender friendly place especially the management they are not nice to transgender people like myself in fact they will kick you off property and laugh at you. Also I did report this to corporate and I got ignored and also the owners ignored it. My brother owns a dairy queen in cedar rapids his employees act better than this McDonald's owners employees. Please to not support a business of hate boycott McDonald's until they apologize and make it right please boycott.

Parking: The parking lot sucks! There's four bars everywhere just sitting there. No lights, just sitting there. And the drive-thru, you can't drive into the same parking lot again. It's messed up. ???♀️

There were 3 staff members that went above and beyond to get us honey , fix a soda that was out and grabbing a sauce that fell on the floor. Everything was fresh and cleaned. Best experience I have had here with my kiddos!

Asked for extra onions on burgers, got NO onions. Ordered a 10 piece nugget as well, didn't get that either. Also wanted sauce too, guess what, didn't get that either. Ive had multiple bad experiences at this exact McDonalds. Do better.
Pretty bad McDonald's. Food quality is not up to par with most other locations. Staff are never helpful. I had a couple times where they took my mobile coupon but had to restart the order (meaning the coupon was used and the app makes you wait 15 minutes to use again). Food doesn't taste right. I've tried this location a few times as it's the closest one. In the future, I'll opt for other options or go out of the way to the riverside location. You should do the same.

- people working the drive through are sweet, but are characters (nothing wrong with that ofc)- food was decently fresh, especially the nugs- the food workers can’t read though cause in the receipt it clearly said honey but they gave us honey mustard packets- they also didn’t give us one of the fries that we ordered- the sweet tea looked like piss and all I tasted was straight sugar

This McDonald's reliably burns, undercooks, or over salts the food. Disappointed every visit. Maybe bc it's near the highway and open later than many other drive thrus in the area?
