It's McDonalds. I'm glad I could place my order with a real person. It irritates me when I sit down in a restaurant to eat and I have to squeeze ketchup out of packets. The whole chain is going downhill.

I stopped to get a drink only. Person that took my order was not friendly. She wore a headset and seemed to be the manager. Person came in after me with a child and that same person would not take his order requested he use the kiosk even though they said they were paying cash. They walked out. I think they need to evaluate who they have running this place.

We just ordered two cups of coffee…. The coffee was cold! We had already driven away and it wasn’t worth driving back as we were traveling back to Wisconsin. How could that not know they were serving cold coffee.

Ordered from the kiosk. Kiosk said to take a table number marker and the food would be brought to the table. Table number/tent said the food would be brought to the table. Evidently the workers are too good for this. They stood at the counter yelling "table number 34 your food is ready!" There was also a rush of people that came in while we were waiting. As orders came up they were yelling "come get your orders we will not remake them!" Their tone of voice made it clear they did not appreciate having customers and having to do their job. Have pride in your job or do something else. Don't make a poor experience for your customer. Food was fine and restaurant was clean enough. Employee attitudes were terrible.

Person at the window had a hard time understanding our order. When we got our food the fries were dumped in the bag. The fish sandwich had 1/2 piece of cheese and small amount of tarter.

Extremely rude staff. One lady in particular. It was like we were a bother for stopping in. Rudely told us we HAD to use the kiosk. She became upset when I asked for a straw. Don't work in a service industry if you don't want serve.

I've gone to this location Multiple times. The last 2 I waited longer than usual with a almost bare line. 2 cars in line including mine. At the window the guy wouldn't repeat my order just stared til I told him I'm here for a pick up. The attitude from some of the employees just blows My mind.

Staff was extremely rude over the speaker, not paying attention to the customers ordering but having conversations amongst themselves. Pick up window had zero clue what was on an order and immediately told us they had no orange juice, then handed out something that looked like orange juice but tastes absolutely awful. They then asked what was on our order and then shut the window midsentenceZero care for customers.
