First time trying….my daughter wanted Mac n cheese for lunch, so tried this place. The max n cheese is good. I got a Korean bowl….some people may like it, I wasn’t a fan personally. Also ordered dumplings, they seemed barely cooked and hardly were warm at all. The food came out in like 2 minutes, which is great they are quick, but everything was barely warmed.We were one of the first customers I’m guessing and the place was really dirty. Napkins and straws and that whole area wasn’t really stocked, didn’t even look wiped down from the day before.I would recommend the Mac n cheese to people, but not really the restaurant in general.

Always a good experience here. The staff is always friendly and upbeat. Food usually only takes a few minutes to get to our table and it’s always delicious. My husband and I both ordered the Wisconsin Mac and cheese bowl with chicken and that’s our go to meal. Plus the cookies are amazing too.

I asked if the chicken parm could be made gluten free and was told it could be, then was given the chicken parm with gluten-free noodles BUT had crispy chicken on it it. I realized after a couple bites it may have gluten so I picked out the chicken pieces. I started feeling sick (dizzy, nauseous) afterwards and looked up the menu and sure enough it was not gluten free. Nice people, pretty quick service. Bathrooms in poor condition. Soap dispensers off the wall. Table numbers don't stand up. It feels like it's -8 degrees. No bowls just take out containers. Of course overpriced.
The service was good! The restaurant was minimalist.The food normally is good, we ordered pad tai, Reg with shrimp, we got all the correct items normally in there! But then it was ruined by a sauce that just coats the noodles lightly to taste. Or is supposed to!But three times normal amount was put on making a sickly sweet dish, this ruined the meal, but we were hungry so ate what we could and left the rest. It's been a while since we have been in this place, have to think twice before we make it back.

I feel really bad about not taking the time to ask her name! But I want her to know how much we appreciate you! Very friendly staff. I love that even though it feels more like a fast food restaurant than we expected, Angel came and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our visit. This is our first Noodle and Company experience but we will definitely visit again when in the area.

Given the wrong order. After notifying the GM on duty we were not offered anything but a "you got food didn't you" I didn't pay these people, and I definitely did not pay them for wrong orders.
