After a morning of appts in IaCity at the UI Clinics, this was my high light of the rest of my day, We waited 20 minutes, in the car out front, got them to open at 10:30, and it was well worth the wait... And the smiling faces to greet us and serve us was very welcoming and appreciated. Thanks Panchero's.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a Pancheros! The staff was very prompt, kind, and courteous and did not make me feel like I was unwanted at all. I've unfortunately had many terrible experiences at the Pancheros on Riverside in Iowa City, so this was a pleasant surprise. If you are wanting to go to Pancheros in Iowa City, I would spare the extra 10 minutes and go to this location instead. I will definitely will be back.

They don't actually listen when you tell them what you want on your burrito. I ask for half a spoon of sour cream and then watch as they proceed to soak the entire thing in sour cream.Next time it happens I'm walking out of line and going somewhere else.

Good Panch location here. The staff are always friendly and have never had to wait long to get food once I arrive. Typical Pancheros experience but having a good group of workers makes this my location of choice for the area.

The food had little to no meat on it I had more meat in my pants in kindergarten than this fucking burrito.The staff were playing some mexican hood rat music and proceeded to charge me almost 60 dollars for two burrito's.I think this place needs to be investigated.

My favorite location, only downside is the bathrooms. The air vents are completely caked with dust and not able to circulate the air well at all.

Our preferred location because the food always tastes fresh and better. This location doesn't seem to have all the inconveniences the other location has the equipment being down making it a limited menu etc..

Very good Panch location. Never had issues with service or food. It's usually quick, although it certainly can get packed at times, just depends on when you go. I usually stop by on my drives though the area, never disappoints.

This place I cannot get enough negative stuff out about this place..first off hopefully the owner/manager is fully aware of their staff that have been taking money at night and not ringing in customers and if anyone has ever been late at night I need not say anymore. They never have product they are are always eager to leave and close. When there is a line, it's not the best time to decide that you need to start cooking more stuff. They have cut the portions in half or more so I am forced to say extra and get charged for it. I used to love getting late night pancheros, but have stopped because I tired of there being nothing and is sickening looking at the empty dirty crusty containers.

The tables were dirty as well as the drink counter. The serving station was messy. No toilet paper in the ladies bathroom. Would not recommend!

Man I missed some pancheros!! Per the usual, delish and fresh! Totally recommend the steak burrito! Only difference is now I share as opposed to finishing one off on my own!!
