This used to be my favorite place, but the past couple of times my sandwich has been soggy and rancid. I couldn't even eat it. What happened, Panera? So Sad. :(

One of my least satisfactory visits from Panera. The employees decided forget about us and turn off the lights. To be fair it was late but check who's in the store before starting to close or at least let me know if we needed to leave. They seemed pretty dismissive of the mistakes made. Made me feel a bit unwelcome to comeback to this Panera anytime soon.

At first, I felt that it was expensive until I opened the bag of food from the drive through. I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich with a coke and my wife ordered the broccoli and cheese soup bread bowl and two cookies. We discovered two BBQ chicken sandwiches, a nice size bread bowl and cup of broccoli cheese soup, two large cookies and a nice piece of French bread and a coke for $27.Thinking about the price, two meals from McDonald's for less food is easily the same price or more.

Really good food and the service is always spot on. The usually busy, so the atmosphere is crowded and uninviting, but still doable.

Went to get a latte the other day but they couldn't make one. Today I got one and it tastes like plain milk... I guess the espresso machine is still broken ?

Wanted a snack. Nothing special at all including all of the above plus the menu isn't great.

After my visit to Panera in Clairmont Florida I swore that would be my last. Today, because I'm not familiar with area I'm at was forced to go to Panera Iowa City Route 6.The service was excellent, the veggies on my sandwich were fresh & crisp and the soup was piping hot. Very good!

The food is great and our cashier was very respectful. However, the supervisor was present during the time that I went and her behavior was unacceptable. She was more than disrespectful to her fellow coworkers and was particularly rude to the people of color. If I could I would report her for her unsavory attitude due to the fact that it ruined my overall dining experience. I can’t even imagine how the workers must feel, such a shame.

Very busy but quick paced service. Relatively clean considering how busy it was. Food was delicious & staff was pleasant.

This place would make more money if they ever had everything bagels but they're always sold out

I just visited Panera yesterday and for takeout lunch and it was awesome just like always! I love all Panera’s food, but I had a Mediterranean grain bowl with chicken yesterday and it was phenomenal!

I am super happy with my food! Usually in some locations I’ve been in, I feel cheated with the portions of food and other times the rice is not completely cooked and it’s hard! I’m very satisfied with the service and food! Definitely returning!!

Right off the bat told they're closing in :30 and you can't eat in the restaurant... everything became takeout instantly!Waited for order about :15 .... Sandwiches were sub par .... French onion soup seemed to have tomato soup in it as well .... No croutons no cheese.... Overall..... Panera failed us tonight
