This place needs to fire all the night staff it’s very unsafe for families and delivery drivers. The staff give off criminal vibes and let people hang around the store that don’t even work there. I feel like some of them monitor vehicles that get left unattended and they steal I would not Recommend stopping at this

This place is disorderly and the manager is an irresponsible liar. I placed an order online for 2 pizzas and 2 servings or wings. They did not have the ingredients for one of the pizzas I ordered, which is fine I just asked for a refund. He said yes, and that the refund was going “directly” to my account. I never got the refund, he contacted my cellphone via his PERSONAL CELL NUMBER (weird and a breach of customer privacy), saying that he won’t be able to issue my refund because my initial order was a combo deal. Excuse me, but why couldn’t I have known this from the start if he didn’t want to give me my refund? DO NOT GO HERE! THE MANAGER WAS ALSO VERY RUDE TO HIS COWORKERS & HE IS A LIAR WHO ALSO CONTACTED ME ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE!

Took over an hour longer than quoted to deliver. Only received 2/3 of our order. Food was cold. Tried to call local store food came from and number went directly to a call center where the staff was rude and incredibly unhelpful. One of the worst ordering experiences I've ever had!

HORRIBLE MANAGER!!!! Messed up the entire order. We called back and she was yelling and screaming at us telling us she made the pizza herself so it’s the New Yorker. This is actually a large. Not a New Yorker at all. But to scream and yell at your customers?????? Horrible management and sounds like we are not the first people to have such a terrible experience with her.

I was in town on business, so staying at a hotel. I did not click on the contact less delivery option because I always need a receipt for business purposes. I received an email saying they handed the Pizza to me. Which i found out was left outside my door. I called pizza hut because there was no receipt left with my order (needed receipt so my company would pay for my meal). I was told that if the driver didn't leave it there, there was nothing they could do. I complained about there answer so they hung up on me. I called back and this time the person told me he was the general manager. I told him I needed a receipt for work and he told me if I drove down there he would get it for me. I asked him to just take a picture of the receipt and email it to me. He refused and hung up on me too. I called back again and was told he was calling the police on me for tying up their phone lines from doing business. I informed him if this is the way they do business they weren't going to have any. That's when he hung up on me again. It's to bad they get a review like this just because of a $31.00 receipt they could have just emailed to me. Unbelievable poor service. I was always taught "oh, I'm sorry that happened what can I do to make it right?" Then to make it right.

Beware-- if you order online or on the app, this store will not honor deal prices. The app reverted prices back to full menu price when I hit "place order". Even after I showed the general manager this issue, I was told he could not change price as the Pizza Hut app is a third party site. (??). Coupled with the complete rudeness in general and mediocre taste of food it's safe to say this place sucks.

After waiting an hour for pizza delivery, I called the store to ask for a status update on my order. Apparently the store ran completely out of pizza dough ??. They could not complete my order, and did not text/call/email any sort of notification that since they could not complete the order they had to cancel it. This is actually the second time that this has happened when ordering delivery. I will not attempt to order from here again.

I'd call to order a pizza whit a coupon and the guy on the phone didn't know about how to do and called his manager on charge and she didn't want to accept me the coupon asked me for the code and she finally told the total but since the beginning was so rude and was all the time yelling me and I asked to don't be that rude whit the costumer and she yelled me pretty much again and decided to don't make me my pizza, last week I get into the restaurant the guys was very nice but the place is honestly dirty the only good thing there is the ?
