Their Saigon’s Corner fried rice is the worst fried rice I have ever seen. The surface of the dish, along with all the meat, was burnt to a crisp, creating an initial impression of a thoroughly unappetizing meal. But the disappointment didn’t end there; upon stirring the rice, I discovered that underneath the charred exterior, the rest of the dish was just plain white rice, showing no signs of having been fried or seasoned. It seemed as though the dish was neglected on the stove, left without any proper cooking attention from start to finish. This was not only a culinary letdown but also a clear sign of lack of care in the kitchen. I expected much more from a dish as basic yet significant as fried rice. They only have one server for all tables and we waited about 30 mins just for this disgusting fried rice. It was really terrible. Definitely not worth the price

The Best Pho in Iowa city. Flavors, quantity, and price are unmatched. Hours in the summer are a little weird.

Authentic. I used to go to a Vietnamese restaurant for noodles. I do not need to go to Cedar Rapids only for noodles.

This is the closest I’ve come to finding similar BunBo Hue to the lady I used to work for in Colorado Springs. Definitely going back to this place. The best cure for sickness is a bowl of Bun Bo.

Ive had the Vermicelli and the Pho they were delicious! Every time I've been in here it's been clean and my service has been very good. Expect large portions with all the items, but thats not a bad thing. This will definitely be a restaurant I will return to, and I would reccomend to anyone looking for good

The pho was soooooo good. The manager/owner also made new shrimp fried rice when he though the fist one was a little over cooked and let us keep

It's one of my favorite Vietnamese places. There is a parking garage attached to the mall this restaurant is in. I highly recommend the vermicelli noodles with egg rolls. They also have really nice booth seating, and walking around the mall/outside before and after eating is very enjoyable.Vegetarian options: I think the noodle or rice dishes could be ordered without meat.

My party had a couple of the pho, vermicelli, and I had the egg noodles. Everybody really liked everything as it was presented. But we did play around with adding Sriracha and hoisin for extra flavor profiles. The meat they used was really flavorful and good chew. It is in the Old Capitol Town Center, but has street access. The bathrooms and eating areas are clean and well kept. There is street parking and a $1/hour parking garage.Parking: It is the typical downtown parking. The streets are metered during the day, but free at night. The parking garage is $1/hour.

I have lived in Iowa city for about five years. Siagon Corner has served the best PHO in town. I moved back to chicago and I am struggling to find a place that beats Siagon Corner. Willing to do a three hour drive just for their PHO!!!

I had a bad experience here. I bought food but they didn't give me fish sauce. I wanted to leave a review so you could learn from it, but the restaurant behaved so badly. You treat guests with disrespect. I think you should reconsider your restaurant's behavior.I would give it another try but they just refuse their service and said that i wrote bad things about them so they don’t wannna serve me anymore

*Edit - Went back to give it another shot. Food was incredible and staff was great. We both got Pho, #8 and #15 if I recall and both were awesome. Fresh eggrolls were awesome too. Will definitely be coming back now after the absolutely phenomenal experience!
