Absolutely horrible customer service from one worker in particular. One of the workers who initially took our order was very nice and helpful but this other girl was the exact opposite. She had a terrible attitude with us and based on our first impression of her, she does not seem like someone who should be working in the service industry. This was our first time coming to scratch and based on this experience, I don’t think we will be coming back.

Just spent nearly $60 for 3 sets of cupcakes from school fundraisers for your cupcakes. 2 different schools all delivered on the same day as received. What a disappointment. They were stale once they thawed out. When did you change your cupcakes to not have the delicious fillings? I will not order from a fundraiser again, rather I will just give the money directly to the cause

Good selection of cupcake flavors, and they are always moist and nicely decorated.
I thought for the price there would at least be filling in the cupcakes. Nope. Although the cake was fluffy and tasty, there was scant frosting on them and the cakes were the size of the ones you would bake at home in those cupcake tins. I went at the end of the day and then first thing in the morning to pick a couple up and both times (different workers) the staff was indifferent to selling anything and acted like their phones were more important. These are not worth the $3-3.50 apiece price.
