There are honestly some really nice people that work at this Starbucks. And I love this drink so I like to treat myself a few times a weeek. However after this happening for about the 10th time, I officially give up on expecting to get a full drink when I'm paying $6-$7 for a medium coffee. It's not just this Starbucks. But if I ever ask to get it filled up the workers are upset and irritated. This picture was before I took 1 SIP 3 minutes after i got it. I honestly don't ever want to go back to any Starbucks again because it's such a scam....sorry. I want to support it and love it but it's so hard when people don't seem to care when they make a drink.

As a general rule, they charge too much for their coffee, but the service is great, and you get a consistently good product. This location is no exception. Great, friendly service, accurate order fulfillment.
Drove an extra ten minutes to get here and they were closed at 6 when the website says 8 o’clock. Learn to update your hours

My husband and I went to Hy-Vee to get groceries after work. Usually I go and get Starbucks after unless they're busy. I didn't see anyone in line so I go over and the two baristas had their backs to me doing whatever they were doing. So I waited patiently because I could see they were doing stuff. It was 3:55pmFinally the one looks up ROLLS HER EYES at me and sighed and looked at her watch. I'm assuming based on that they close at 4 but I didn't see that anywhere. And according to the website they close at 8.Anyway she grabs some gloves and rolls her eyes again. I said you know what nevermind. She goes what? I said well rolling your eyes doesn't really make me want anything so nevermind and you have a nice day. And turned and walked away.
