Went to go get a sandwich on Monday at 7:30 PM and their open sign is on all the lights on the inside and the doors are locked. Thought they were supposed to be open until nine is that not right?

Hours say closes at 9, got there at 8:30 and Open sign was off, but lights on inside and employee there. Unfortunately they had no toppings other than some rancid looking lettuce. Decided to leave instead of wasting money.

Ive ordered sandwiches from here a ton, theres been a couple issues but none that were crazy terrible. I ordered delivery from this location a week or 2 ago, and presumably just received the wrong sub as it was completely not what I ordered. I just reordered and then went and picked it up from a different location, but I’ve placed MULTIPLE complaints about wanting a refund (since I didn’t get the correct sub and I paid for delivery/a new sub and had to go pick it up), and have not received a refund or even a response.. its been almost 2 weeks..

Overall, this place is terrible. Just ordered 2 sandwiches and BOTH the manager and other employee were actually high. The employee was absolutely incoherent, couldn't register anything any customers were saying. Additionally the manager, who was making my sandwiches messed up more than twice on BOTH sandwiches. Additionally, he somehow built them upside down, put ingredients on the sandwiches we didn't even ask for, and didn't even toast them correctly. Never coming to this location again. Needs to be shut down and employees need to be drug tested.

The service was fine, and it's a Subway. It is what it is.They were just out of a lot of stuff. Pickles, bread (besides white and wheat) and most fountain drinks. I mean, you're a sandwich shop and you're out of condiments and bread?? How does this happen? Seriously.

Online ordered $37 dollars of food and then added a $10 tip for a total of $47. Got a call directly from staff at this store a few minutes later and they told me they were completely out of most of the ingredients to make my order. I ordered a BMT, turkey, veggie, and buffalo chicken, so nothing fancy. I told them to cancel the order and they said they would. I still got charged the full amount. Imagine that, right? Called the so called manager the next day and they say they can't refund anything after the day of purchase. Gave me a bulls$$t phone number for the regional manager who could contact the owner to do the refund. Called over and over - no answer, voicemail, or anything - just rang and rang. Called the store again and they gave me another number for the "regional office." Someone answered this time, did not identify themselves, and seemed very surprised to be getting a call from a lowly customer. She told me to text her pics of my receipt, which I did, and she would take care of the refund. 2 weeks go by - no refund. Texted again. No response. Straight up theft. Order two sandwiches.both were wrong.they do not had what I order ,they don't have lettuce,no Diet Coke,no pepper jack cheese .I ordered online half hour ahead ,got in the restaurant my food was not ready I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order.really slow service.not coming back to this place
