Stopped in for my first time ever around 1015pm because of all their ads lately. Place was fairly busy and loud. Cashier looked at me to take my order and when I started ordering, he told me to wait and stepped to the other register to take someone else's order first. When I got to order, I was told that getting 10 boneless wings would take 45 minutes. Not happening.

How would you response if your order was missing some items you’ve paid for and instead of getting apologies like other people’s experiences, you were told they didnt want to cook anymore because it’s time for clean up?Would you give up the money you’ve paid and just leave? How would you response at the awkward moment of their refusal? After hearing some decent review of wingstop, I went to try my first order last night. After being made to feel like a begger for asking for what I paid for, by the guy working the night shift, I will not be going back a second time. Their wings weren’t anymore special to be worth the experience. I do appreciate the considerate lady who was there, interjecting my awkward moment, saying she’ll do it herself.

Sergio was the best server I have ever had. He made sure that everything was perfect and delicious. I honestly will be coming back very soon because this is great food.
