This was the second time that I was there with my spouse, brother, and sister in law for dinner. We really enjoyed ourselves and the food was outstanding! The menu selections were awesome and prices were perfect! We had excellent service and the server was very polite and was very nice. My spouse and I will be grateful to return in the future again to experience such a warm and friendly establishment. I am so amazed by the service that I left a nice tip. Thank you for a nice time and this place is a must for anyone searching for a nice place to eat and enjoy themselves.

The only complaint is portioning.The only thing you get a decent portion of is mashed potatoes. Everything else is tiny seems like.

The food was good but there werent many selections. I and my partner was overall satisfied with what we did get. WE however left a little irritated. It's seems that they automatically require a 15% tip. I'm not a cheap skate but a tip is suppost to be that..extra given based on the service you received. It is not a required fee unless otherwise posted. Now I've heard of this with large groups but not with a.party of 2. If they require they need to.post it accordingly and advise there is a fee. Maybe I'm old school but what happens if I had bad service? I would still would be required to tip 15%? That's not a tip It's an extra charge regardless of the service received. We didn't say anything and paid the required fee because we received decent service from our server but really? Applebee's needs to post on the building and the customer menu their requirement.

Not sure why we keep trying to give this place a chance. Every time we come here is a new wave of disappointment. Half the tables aren't even filled and you can't seem to get anything right. Several instances where food is cold and just ruin the entire night. I'm sure we can't be the only ones since this is far from the first time.
