We eat Arby's fairly regularly and always order a turkey sandwich and gyros. This location was horrible. The turkey was still frozen, and the pita bread for the gyros were rock hard. Would not recommend this location.

Went for food, our order was simple1 clasic beef and cheddar, 1 double roast beef, 2 large curly fries, and 1 large shake.After waiting for a while, with no other guests there, our double roast beef came out a single, and both of our large fries where cold and stale. Rest of the order was just ok. Very disappointed with how slow the service was and how bad the food was. Probably won't go back.

I literally watched a young mexican girl eat half my bacon that was supposed to be on my turkey/bacon ranch sandwich. I told the girl at the checkout counter and she just laughed. I will never go back!!

Disgusting. Trash everywhere, people (?homeless?) sleeping at tables. Sandwich was very sloppily, hastily put together, had to get a fork. Fries were somehow overcooked and cold at the same time. Definitely one of the worst Arby's I've been to, I won't be back.

Seems like they are always out of food. Every time I stop, I can't place my order because they don't have something. Food usually isn't that bad, but the clientele inside is sometimes sketchy. I usually try to go thru the drive-thru to avoid the inside. Staff & management could use a refresher course in good customer service!

Spent two weeks doing local work I love arbys had it 3 nights in a row where my order would get done and it would sit in the warmer for 15 minutes finally I just walked in and grabbed it because staff want to eat and sit on there phones, they have 5 staff there is no reason to make people sit for 15 minutes while there food is up and ready!!!! Don't come during dinner time.

All of the food was good....classic roast beef sandwich, mozzarella cheese sticks, French dip, chocolate shake. The french fries were not great, maybe the cooking oil was old.
