Was in there yesterday to have beers and pizza. They were slammed. You could tell they were trying there hardest. It’s frustrating to see people be not understanding they are busy and being rude to the staff when there busting there behind. Pizza was the best I’ve had in a long time.Kid-friendliness: Had lots of of choices for my 2 girls that are picky

Sat with empty drinks... end of lunch rush, took more than 1 hr to get food out, no communication and empty drinks, when brought up to the assistant manager about the lack of communication the main manager was over listening and told the waiter to throw it in the trash we don't want it... then continued to try and stare me down without any communication

Best pizza I've had in a long time. Was worried when I seen the reviews. I was wrong when I was having a beer and pizza. It does get busy but I thought it was pretty fast service.

Came over cheer competition weekend, place was packed. Got seated and served relatively fast. Nachos: 5/5 fantastic, wonton chips were fresh and dish was hot. Lists of cheese and toppings. Better than expected. Bbq chicken pizza: 2/5 generic crust that was total let down, not great. Toppings were good. Overall disappointing. Charred wings: 5/5 Amazing wings. My favorite wings I can remember having. They were hot and crunchy and the grill flavor was fantastic. I might come back tomorrow for more.

Was looking forward to doing something new with the kids for pizza. Ordered the Blanco to go. Service was quick and on time but I will say the pizza was just cheese and crust. There was ZERO SAUCE. Very upsetting and dry.

Special “shout out” to Mackenzie M and team for quite possibly the best service I have ever had. We had an impromptu family reunion with over 40 people at various tables and we were roaming around visiting each other. She kept our drinks full; and the food was great too!

Had meatballs - 3+. Good but not great. Liked they came with mozzarella which made above them average Mozzarella pizza - chunky tomatoes, good cheese, spices.

We usually visit Big Kels with a large group and this past weekend had excellent service even with a group of 30. The food is excellent and there is a large variety of options! The waitstaff was great and we will definitely be back!!
Our pizza was under cooked. It need more time in the oven for sure. I thought at first look it was a thin crust but once got it home it was all grease totally a hot mess. Out of 3 boxes of pizza only one got ate and spent more money having to go get food some we else. I understand that each place has a signature but the one I thought was a waste of my time. I should have got the gas station pizza. Totally disappointed

Last night my SO and I called to order an app, it was great to have with our drinks at Full Fledged. Then we were gonna order our dinner, problem was in the past the buffalo chicken salad was made wrong over the phone (I gotten sick for a few days from the blue cheese). I walked over to order that and a burger, then walked back to settle down. For some reason when the food was brought over there was no ranch for the salad and ketchup packets for the burger. We didn’t mind to call but what was disappointing was they forgot napkins and a fork. Then we had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to be brought over to us and I was debating to walk back over but it felt like bad if I had to walk back and forth already. The burger turned out cold already as it was manners to wait for me since I can’t eat a salad with my hands. We have liked you guys before and it felt like the night was let down other than the brewery surpassing you guys. It is also sad to tip before hand since I tip decent/good for the servers but this time I don’t think they deserved that much for the service we gotten.

We had a large family dinner on Christmas Eve. Everyone loved the appetizers and their entrees. The kids had a great time with the arcade games too. Out of 17 people every one of them left happy and full!
