Pleasantly surprised. Service I had was great, punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. Fries were crisp and not soggy. Restaurant was also very clean. Biggest con: soda fountain is far from the main seating area.

I wanted lunch at 9am when serving breakfast, they gave me lunch, truly remarkable service. the fact they they follow the motto of "Have it your way" made me wanna write a 5 star review for this. and every time I've ordered grub hub/door dash they never disappointed with their service of adding utensils/condiments/napkins etc. actual good restaurant, my condolences to those who had a sour experience here but I've always had a good time with their services

The restaurant has been very dirty the last several times I have been in.Tables dirty, floors look as if hadn't been swept all day (crumbs, food and trash under Tables) floors behind register dirty as well.

This place is absolutely stupid as soon as we walk in the door that tell us it will be 10 minutes before we can order because they are sooooo busy, then when they do decide to start taking orders there are now several people who have come in and got into a line while we were sitting it their atrium directly in front of the order counter. Now we are still waiting to order guess food should be hot but that is should be and she is still telling people they have to wait 10 minutes to order. I Ill update when the food arrives.....the food took another 30 minutes this I horrible I would drive right past this place now so keep in mind it was Christmas and there wasn't any other plac open but that in mind wouldn't you staff for just that? I surely would, and lastly all the bickering and yelling was coming from the staff and the cooks talked like garbage to the manager which has no authority to fire anyone because she is the assistant night manager so about as low as you can get in their hierarchy. But still some basic common sense talk nice to people, talk nice to your staff. Be a human act like a human, breath air in breath air out..simple stuff people

Horrible listening skills even when not busy. I ordered 2 rodeo cheeseburgers , Xtra BBQ and on bottom buns. I cannot have a large amount of sesame seeds due to health reasons. Is why I asked. The drive thru girl said ok. Yet I never seen it posted on the order. Then my wife orders a whopper Jr with no pickle or tomatoe. She noticed my rodeos didn't say it on the board as we've seen other times. So she asked the girl to make sure it's bottom buns . Once again the girl said ok. Then the order came to a total which it still never said it. So for the 3rd time I asked the rodeos are bottom buns. She said it's on there. It wasn't. So I get my food and check. Of course no bottom buns. So I had her take it back while she pretty much snarled I even looked, as the workers wondering with confusion if I wanted bottom buns why it never said so. Needless to say this girl had no skills being in a drive-thru that deals in communication. The workers didn't seem to much of an issue but Also looking at this photo do you see very skimpy ingredients. A drop of ketchup, 3 tiny pieces of lettuce.... is this what I can expect from burgerking nowadays?

Twice in the last month I have stopped in 10 min and 5 min before closing and the women at the drive thru has told me the where closed. This in spite of all the lights being on including the open sign. Franchisee and management should probably get together and discuss closing at midnight. The staff who work after midnight are rude and definitely don’t want to be there.

I order from here mainly through Doordash so I cant speak much for the restaurant itself, but every order Ive placed in the last month or so has always had something missing from the order. Some of the time its just something simple like sauce or straws, but more often than not, its whole items missing entirely. The food is delicious and I want to keep coming back, but the order accuracy definitely needs a lot of work.
