They simply do not care. Ordered a cheeseburger, the employee couldn't seem to muster the energy to speak to me, smile, nothing. Just handed me my food and walked away. My cheeseburger had no cheese, almost no ketchup, they just don't care.

This was my first time ever (yes ever) eating at a Burger King. We went through the drive thru and the gal taking our order was extremely polite and patient - I was pleasantly shocked by this! I didn't think our wait was much at all and the food...mmm was it was delish!! I got a Whopper Jr cheeseburger with fries and an Oreo shake. That shake was pure heaven! Everything I imagined and then some! The burger and fries were warm and flavorful! Fries were the perfect texture - not soggy, but not rock hard crunchy. I'm honestly not one for fast food, but heck after this great experience I would definitely go again and recommend to others looking for a quick bite!

Pulled into the drive thru at 11:45 there was a person in front of me, the worker takes their order and then when it’s my turn tells me they’re closed…… you need to change your hours of operation if your lazy workers plan to close 15 mins early. She wasn’t even nice about it, just got off a 12 hour shift and wanted a quick meal. Never going to the Madison location again.
If you want cold everything come to this big off Madison! Rude staff rude cooks. It’s so lovely come to this bk!!!! Enjoy your missing fries and you ketchup that you didn’t want

The French Frys were awesome, the you guy at the windows was friendly, helpful, and working to please his customers. Hopefully, management will recognize this young man and move him up the ladder

I won't go get anything to eat where you won't give the prices on the web , this tells me you are way overpriced & to expensive . Which you are ! 0 Stars rude employee's , food either cold or under the heat lamp so long it's rock hard , some of my order was cold some of my order was rock hard & some of my order was wrong , very poor amounts of food for the prices , floor disgusting and filthy, drink station terribly dirty , tables and booths scurvy and unsanitized food all over floor & tables ! I'm going to have to put one star in order to put my review it doesn't deserve even one star though !!!
