I have always loved the food tastes amazing but their customer service and management team needs to focus on some serious skills if a delivery is going to take 2 hours maybe suggest to a patron may be a better idea to come pick up the order instead of delivery may have been a better strategy and then when a patron calls your BUSINESS line and gets a message that number cannot take calls ???'!!!! Seriously and I know that a restroom break does not take 30 minutes because that was the excuse we received and if employees do not know how to answer the phone again another management issue. But alas I have always loved the food but I will have to go somewhere else from here on out!!

Ordered delivery, waited over an hour for it. Ordered was never received, they said they handed the food to someone at the door, it obviously was not the right address. Ordered delivery thru DoorDash, delivery driver was obviously a dough boyz delivery person because when I called the store the manager stated the delivery driver confirmed the food was delivered and handed to someone. Not the right house obviously. The manager told me to contact DoorDash. DoorDash confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. Never received a full refund and the manager told me they would not be remaking my food.

This woman claimed to be the owner. The only reason I say "claimed" is I would really hope this place wasn't run by this person. I had placed an order and called to double check delivery time. I was told over an hour. I said I understood but was quoted much less and could wait that amount of time. Snarky attitude came out with "yeah, well, I'm busy". Again, I indicated I understood and asked my order be cancelled. Now this order was done through DD, if you use this app you know if YOU cancel the order they charge you. This "owner" told me she couldn't cancel the order. Spoke to DD and was told specifically she had to do it. Since they do their own everything through DD. It's just a platform. Called her back and informed her. She implied I was lying and said again she "couldn't do it". In her rude state, she slipped up and indicated she could in fact do what I requested. Only to backtrack and say now she couldn't. Unbelievable behavior. They have never had very good food but having employees or OWNERS like that makes it even worse. If they can't fill orders, they shouldn't have online ordering. After this review the owner responded by claim I was intoxicated. I don't even drink. So not only was she disrespectful all the way around, her choice was to condescend to me and accuse me of being under the influence to not remember her attitude or the conversation. Weird, how her wretched voice is still echoing in my head. Awful food, cold food, treat employees awful and the rest are just awful altogether. Awful!!

Drove by the other day and when my wife suggested pizza for dinner I decided to try Dough Boyz for the first time. We were very pleased! The medium size pizza is perfect for the two of us. Loaded with toppings and the crust was perfect. No more chain pizza places for us. We are looking forward to trying other menu items in the near future!

Ordered from Grubhub late last night as most other places were closed already. Not only did the food arrive 20 minutes faster than Grubhub predicted but the order was absolutely perfect. Everything tasted amazing, will order from here again!!

Delicious food! Reuben sandwich was literally the best of any we've had anywhere. Philly cheesesteak pizza was cheesy and steaky with lots of good meat. Had the mac and cheese nuggets also which were cheesy and gooey and warm. We're just passing through Council Bluffs but if we come this way again we absolutely will come here again!

Can't review the food because after over two hours we just gave up. Ordered pizza they took all the information, hour and a half later we called back and they said they had been to our hotel and that room didn't exist. They had the number wrong. Why wouldn't they call you ask??? Oh they didn't have my number right. Then they say they will bring it... 45 minutes later they called the correct number and they are at another hotel. Do NOT waste your time with this place.

Not very happy with the quality of their pizza the other night. Ordered the Hawaiian and it was sloppily put together with toppings not evenly spread, way to much cheese, and just a lack of craftsmanship to their pies. My wife liked it and thought it was good, but I am just a little pickier with the pizzas I eat.

Ehhhhhh what do I say? Hot wings just tossed with Tobasco little mushy not crunchy. Their personal pizza was everything in a pile on the middle and not really spread over the pie. Don't get me wrong it was delicious and they were quick with my order. Take away from this experience. Wish I could be there in person it would probably be totally different. Only order the hot wings if you like vinegar water.....

Got to our hotel late and wanted a meal delivered to our room after a long day in the car. What a mistake! This was the only option and though the Yelp reviews werent the best, we decided to give it a try. I mean how can you mess up pizza? Well folks, this place can!! Honestly it was so bad, we couldnt eat it. They could have heated up a frozen pizza and it would have been better!! The chef salad was delicious, unfortunately they didnt put any cutlery in the bag.....really? Its delivery to a hotel room....no forks?? Avoid this place if you have ever had pizza anywhere else!!

This place is one of my favorite places to get food! They have some of the best fresh hand crafted pizzas with such a vast amount of options! Whether I come inside to get food or I have it ordered to my house I always receive the best service and the freshest pizza! The other night it was 5 minutes before they closed and I ordered a pizza with an expectation that it wouldn't arrive because it was so close to closing. However! I was completely wrong! They made my order and even had it delivered to my house in 35 minutes granted I live 20 mins away from their restaurant! I would highly recommend eating here for fresh pizza and or any other fresh meals they offer! I am always impressed by how fast they have my food made and how fresh and delicious it is. I also really enjoy my interactions with every employee for they are always so welcoming and great conversationalist as I wait for my food! 10/10... 5/5 stars for me!!
