We stopped in the drive-thru for a quick meal and it was good-- and they were speedy. :)The smash burgers were messy, and far too much mustard (luckily I ordered mine without ?), but they were still great. The thin-ness of a "smashed" burger is a nice change from the norm. The shoe-string fries are fabulous here. If you've never had their frozen custard treats, you really should stop in, especially with the kiddos.Not our first, nor our last trip to this establishment. :)

We stopped for lunch and although the drive thru had a pretty long line, it moved fast! We each got a combo meal and they were still hot when we got home. The turtle sundae was fantastic ? decent cheese curds too. The California burger was yummy.

I have eaten here many times, and it has always been good, but not today. Most of the booths were dirty from previous customers, and I can't even begin to tell you how salty both the burgers and fries were. They were terrible. I actually took my friend's fries back to the pick-up window for her and asked for fries without salt, and she likes salt. I didn't eat most of mine. ?

We are passing through from KC and stopped through. Service was honestly the best part of the visit. Jayden was amazing the minute we walked in the door. He was in the process if refreshing the trash and still took the time to greet us and made us feel special the entire time we were there. That kid is incredible! 5 star service the entire time from the whole staff, but Jayden was truly and genuinely awesome. The type of service he provides is dying today, he deserves a huge kudos for how out of his way he went to make us feel welcome on our stop through.

For some reason the people currently working there don't understand how the order ahead shelf works. So we sat there for 15 minutes not knowing what to do because our order was nowhere in sight and we've never had to speak to anyone before about it.

I received horrible service at Freddy’s today. I placed an online order, and paid EXTRA money for my custard toppings that I didn’t even receive. I let the lady know that I was missing a few toppings and she refused to fix it. I am honestly so disappointed. This will most likely be the first and last time I go to Freddys.
