If I could give no stars I would night crew is unprofessional!! Called asked bout my order said it was still at the store called again 20 mins later to see if I could just pick it up they said no the driver had it since so and so time ! Was told different stories my husband then called and the girls was laughing and being rude and had no customer service skills. I didn't get my order til 1030 pm and I ordered it at 850 !!!!

I will never tell others about this place! because Thay haven't changed they only train people to be discriminating towards others an people with disabilities an they don't care about th customers that have a disability so if you have a disability don't go in because Thay hate people with disabilities? me I was a driver an this was Terry an she discriminated against me? she said how do you make More Mon then me when you work part time an she works full time? I must get the d*** check? an today after 6 years they are still the same they hate people with a disability! I went in with my hoody that had Jimmy John's on it told my story the young girl she laughed at me? yes that hate people with disabilities! an the manger did nothing to stop it because she hates people with disabilities too! so I got a sandwich an left! I got sick the other young lady she didn't havr gloves in an now I have diarrhea and I'm sick to my stomach an that was yesterday I went in there? see they hate people with disabilities an this group of workes don't even know me ? I'm filing discrimination charges against this restaurant again this is the second time I've had to do this to this restaurant when are they going to close this discriminating restaurant the employees are trained to hate people with disabilities and look at what they do to me they talk stuff about me I had to get rid of Terry and charge her with discrimination all because I am a better driver and more professional and I look better and I was getting a ward 3 weeks after I started and she hated me because I was doing this and I came from a better Jimmy John's that is more stricter on the rules from downtown Omaha because I had to deliver to lawyers judges and a lot of higher up people like cops! and after 6 years after I filed discrimination charges there are still at it I want these people shut down I'm going to make sure that's going to happen it's going to be my life's mission against this business on first downtown Council bluffs because if they're discriminating against me they're discriminating against every person with the disability out here and I'm going to see to it that this Jimmy John's is made an example to all the other restaurants and everyone that this Jimmy John's hates people with disabilities

This is hit and miss. I just had a awesome sandwich with wonderful service. But a month ago I ordered and it took a hour to get a soggy sandwich? They have great product, but the times we live, it depends who's working.

I literally have zero complaints with this JJ location. Every single time i place an order, it's correct and ready on time (or before). They have even helped me out when i was in a pinch for time. Management has it right at this location. Friendly, fast, and accurate.

Horrible staff. Disrespectful and immature, who hires people like that?? Won’t be surprised if they go out of buisness soon because of the staff?♀️ They also used expired meat on their sandwiches... will never be going here again!! Will be reporting this place to FSIS!!
