they could actually CARE about the foods they prepare the cleanliness of their stores the people who purchase their food and remember those customers keep their people employed and their doors open. I think the health department should visit them more often.

So the young guy working the drive up window took our order told us to pull over and park and wait that it would take about 10 minutes 20 minutes later we pulled around and went in there’s our order in the Warmer he stated he told us to wait 10 minutes and get back in drive through line I informed he did not he then persisted to walk away mumbling under his breath and shaking his head would not give me his name or I would add it, I stepped around asked someone in back to get the manager , the manager could not refund my $ because I didn’t want to run back to my car to get my card but gave me a coupon for a free cheese bread an bread stick , there was also a homeless man there waiting and waiting for someone to take his order as this same guy walked away and would not take his order because he was paying for his order with change this man had more respect , was clean , clean cut, and told the manager the guy walked away I hope this man got his pizza for free , here deserved it , and little Caesars when you employ people like this you loose business , you have lost mine …. And by the way my cheese bread was not even warm by the time I got to my car , who ever owns this franchise take note

My food was supposed to be ready by 6, got there at 6:00 and had to wait until 6:40 in the drive-thru before I even got my food.
Horrible place, wait times excruciating!, manager was rude and screaming and cussing at me! I'll never go back.

I waited 30+ minutes for a pepperoni sitting in my car in the waiting area. My pizza was basically burnt with little to no cheese. This used to be my favorite little Caesar’s joint. I’m going to have to drive farther for decent pizza now.

Jostled about by brutish Uber eats drivers. Louts. Staff is probably on parole, the "convenient" warmer for express pickup doesn't work and is a warmer for the ghoulish Uber army.Pizza pizza no more. Get a tetanus shot.

Pissed the council bluffs Iowa one will not answer they pick up their phone and hang up. I ordered pizza and had it brought home to us every pizza is not made right at all and I can't even get through to let them know I paid a lot of money and ordered ahead of time to have pretzel crust pizzas and others to not get anything I ordered. One of the worst little Caesars not the first time they messed up.

Absolutely horrible. Waited 45 min after it was supposed to be picked up. No one would help me. One was on his cellphone and two others in crocs kept walking around. It took 4 people to take 1 pizza out of the oven and there were 7 people that came after me that didn't get helped either. The vehicle in drive thru was honking to get someone to help them. Absolutely miserable experience. Not to mention the bugs and Flys everywhere.
