I've been seeing the commercials, so I wanted to go. The shrimp was pretty good, and I liked the fried cheese. The fish was tasty, but the whole meal left my stomach queasy from the grease. The commercials no longer temp me.

Normally, I'd give all 5 stars, but on this delivery, I did not receive my drinks. I did get a refund, but that didn't help during that mealtime. I had ordered through the delivery company so not LJS's fault.

My fish was cooked in old oil and my fries were not cooked fully the manager said she would send coupons but I never received the coupons after 3 months I called again and explained the food order being nasty and requested for my coupons again the manager told me she will not resolve the issue I talked to her on Nov.29 2023 at 11:30am I am a very dissatisfied customer I will never go back to the long John silver's in council bluffs Iowa .....bottom line .

If I could give it a zero, I absolutely would even one star is too much waited 15 minutes in the drive-through for literally two pieces of chicken with no one else in the drive-through. Can really see why they don’t have much business.

Good location and the staff are very courteous and I find the place to always be clean.Kid-friendliness: They always have a kid meal and a little gift for the kids. No play rea thoughWheelchair accessibility: Parking is a wheelchair safety design. Assessable doors entry way. Bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and stalls designed for handicap persons.

It's Long John Silver's and it was 8:30 at night. That's about all I have to say. There's not a lot of places open later at night after COVID so kudos, at least for being open that
