No prime rib here. But I did have ribeye steak. It was delicious. I also had a mango margarita on the rocks with a sugar rim, and that was so good. I really recommend it.

The food was amazing. Must save room for dessert. We took ours back to the hotel totally fabulous. The table we sat at was a high top, and the chairs were scary they were very wobbly.

First off I wanna give a huge shout out to my boy Elijah. When I tell you he makes you feel like royalty ? it's an understatement. We were his second table ever. He was energetic. Genuinely nice and loves what he does. He made the entire night for us. Food was amazing but it tasted alot better knowing we were in good hands. He made us feel so welcome and made us laugh. Elijah! Your a Rockstar. Keep up the amazing work. Longhorn give him a raise. We will be back for the food and some more Elijah.

The loaded baked potato is a meal of its own and very good! The steak needs more flavor. We wish one of us had ordered the loaded baked potato for our side, and the other had ordered broccoli or asparagus for a side and shared.

Vince,My family was attempting to enjoy our meal and had the unfortunate luck of being seated in the booth to your wife's back.Your wife was given several options including the cooks making her a new steak, and removing the existing order from the bill.Instead, your wife made a scene and attempted to recruit the customers of the restaurant to serve as judge and jury for her meltdown. The manager made every attempt to make your table happy and provided numerous remedies to your concerns. That piece of meat in your picture appears to be a "butterflied" filet mignon. Thanks for involving the entire restaurant with your wife's outburst.Social etiquette is important when dining in public.

Look through my reviews; I don’t leave bad/negative reviews. But what we experienced at the CB Longhorn is completely inexcusable. My wife ordered a 9oz filet mignon, medium well. What our server brought to the table was NOT a filet mignon (see photo). When we requested a manager, she insisted that what we were looking at was indeed a Longhorn 9oz filet. However, having worked as a cook (many years ago:-) and as we had frequented the Longhorn several times prior, also ordering their filet, as well as countless other steak houses, it was obvious with 100% certainty that this was not a filet. In fact, after looking closer and comparing to other steaks, I would be willing to bet that what they served was nothing more than a sirloin. Yet, the manager continued to insist that the cooks confirm that because they mark all of their steaks with “skewers” to identity what cut of steak they are cooking and serving, what we were served was a filet. So I guess I would question how knowledgeable the Longhorn’s cooks are when it comes to steaks??? I mean, it is supposed to be a steak restaurant, correct? And what about the servers and managers? In addition, I was given a filthy, disgusting food crusted fork, and my Outlaw ribeye was tough to cut with a steak knife and to chew.Luckily, there are other steak houses, both in Council Bluffs & Omaha. If I owned this franchise, I would take the time to stop in and see who’s running the ship.
